IKEA Grand Opening for specialty store in south Charlotte

IKEA U.S. has opened a new Plan & Order point with pick-up in South Charlotte, marking the second IKEA location in the Charlotte metro area.

The store, located in the Providence Shopping Center, aims to provide a more affordable, accessible, and convenient shopping experience for customers.

To celebrate the grand opening on October 16, there will be exclusive tours, giveaways, and food sampling.

Customers can connect with IKEA experts for support on home furnishing needs and arrange for delivery or pick-up of orders at the new location.

CEO Javier Quiñones expressed excitement about offering more ways for Charlotte residents to shop and experience IKEA, saying:

“We are thrilled to offer Charlotte metro area residents more ways to shop and experience IKEA!”
