Hannah Kobayashi, the missing Hawaii woman who disappeared in Los Angeles last month, has been found safe, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. She had
voluntarily crossed the border into Mexico and was located after a massive search and missing persons investigation. The LAPD stated that the case is now a private matter, and they
will wrap up their investigation. Kobayashi, a budding photographer from Maui, went missing while on her way to New York City for a new job, sparking concern among her family
and friends. Tragically, Kobayashi’s father, who had been involved in the search, was found dead by suicide.
