Rachael Kirkconnell Releases Statement After Matt James Split

Rachael Kirkconnell opened up about her breakup with former ‘Bachelor’ Matt James in a candid interview on “Call Her Daddy.”

She said the breakup stemmed from an argument during a trip to Tokyo, during which Kirkconnell felt pressured to pick a good restaurant for dinner. This led to the realization that James didn’t see her as his perfect person.

Despite his apology for announcing their split on Instagram, Rachael doesn’t believe she and James will ever reconcile.

She also took to Instagram to express her gratitude to fans saying, “Just wanted to say thank you for the love and support. Everything feels scary and discouraging right now but I believe everything happens how it is meant to and I know it will be OK. “

Matt and Rachael met on Season 25 of “The Bachelor” in 2021.
