Lil Nas X’s arraignment and legal proceedings

Lil Nas X is facing four felony charges after being taken into police custody and hospitalized following a suspected drug overdose. The incident occurred when police responded to reports of the rapper walking down

a street in Los Angeles in his underwear and cowboy boots, making incoherent statements. During the encounter, Lil Nas X allegedly punched an officer twice in the face, leading to charges of battery against a police

officer and resisting an executive officer. He is currently being held in jail without bail and has an upcoming arraignment hearing in Van Nuys.
