Meet our Furry Friday Friends of the week!!

The bonded duo from Animal City Haven rescue. 

One year ago this week, we featured Waffles and Genesis. After their owner died, they were stuck at the shelter in Charlotte. They went into rescue and into foster care and have yet to find their Forever new home. Their foster can no longer foster them so here we are a year later trying to find them a home still!

At 9 years old Genesis is a sweet slow moving lady always ready for a snuggle and nap. She is down to 100lbs and is still working on her figure. Good with other dogs and kids, not sure about cats. She’d do better in a home with older kids given her size.

Waffles is the life of every party – especially since he brings the party with him. He’s 7 years old and loves rolling on the grass almost as much as he loves treats. He has a big joyous smile and loves being with his people. He’s good with other dogs and kids, but not sure about cats. He’d do better in a home with older kids as he can get boisterous.
