The Most and Least Stressed States
The Most and Least Stressed States . . . a.k.a. “Be More Like the Dakotas!”

Everyone deals with SOME stress throughout the day, whether it’s serious stuff, or dumb stuff . . . like trying to avoid bumping into THAT neighbor while checking the mail. You know the one.
There’s a new study that ranked every state from the most stressed-out to the least. And here’s the lesson of the day: “Be more like the Dakotas!”
The rankings are based on 40 different factors, across four different stresses: Work-related . . . money-related . . . family . . . and health and safety.
Based on all that, the MOST stressed-out states are mostly in the South: Louisiana . Kentucky . . . New Mexico . . . West Virginia . . . Arkansas . . . Nevada . . . Oklahoma . . . Oregon . . . Mississippi . . . and Alabama.
The LEAST stressed-out are mostly Plains states and New England: South Dakota . . . Utah . . . Minnesota . . . New Hampshire . . . Vermont . . . Idaho . . . North Dakota . . . Connecticut . . . Massachusetts . . . and Iowa.
North Carolina was ranked 35th and South Carolina was ranked 29th.,
