Meet our Furry Friday Friends of the Week — Easter Edition!
It’s a Good Friday indeed when we get to share these sweet souls with you.

Both pups are available through Country Acres Rescue

Egg
6 years old • Pittie • 53 lbs • Neutered male

Egg is basically your personal cuddle buddy wrapped in a dog.
He’s crate trained, potty trained, leash trained, and working on his basic commands like a good boy.

Right now, Egg would love to be your one and only pup—he’s happiest soaking up all the love and attention.
He’s currently undergoing heartworm slow-kill treatment, so he’s looking for a calm, cozy home where he can relax and heal.

His favorite things? Snuggling up close, playing with his ball, and taking little sniffy adventures outside.
If you’re looking for a loyal shadow who just wants to be by your side, Egg is your guy.

Bunny
6–9 months • Husky mix • Spayed female

Bunny is as cute and bouncy as her name suggests.
She came into the shelter with her brother and dad (yep… we had questions too), but now she’s ready for her happily ever after.

She’s crate trained, potty trained, leash trained, and learning her manners like a champ.
Bunny is wonderful with other dogs, good with cats, and great with kids.

She’s sweet, playful, and eager to please—the total package. Plus, she’s non-destructive when left out, which is always a win.

Adoption Reminder – The 3:3:3 Rule
3 days to decompress
3 weeks to learn your routine
3 months to truly feel safe and at home

Slow introductions are always recommended.
