Ginger’s Story
Ginger came into rescue very pregnant and had to be rushed in for an emergency C-section the day she went into labor. Just two hours later, she became a proud mama of nine puppies. Eight survived and became our winter litter. At only 18 months old, vets believe she may have had previous litters—but now she’s spayed and ready to enjoy her life.
She has been one of the most incredible mama dogs we’ve seen—loving, attentive, and devoted to her babies every step of the way. Now it’s her time.
Ginger is thriving in foster care but deserves a forever home with:
- Another dog companion
- Older children
- A fenced yard
She loves peace and quiet, is a total homebody, and an excellent walker. She’s also a great traveler and would make a perfect companion for calm mountain getaways.
Meet Theodore
DNA results are in: Rhodesian Ridgeback + Black Mouth Cur mix—an amazing combination.
At just 4 months old, Theodore is:
- Crate trained
- Up to date on vaccines
- Loyal, fun-loving, faithful, and gentle
He’s going to be a big boy who enjoys:
- The outdoors
- Walks and hikes
- Relaxing at home
Theodore thrives in calm environments with no overstimulation or crowds—just peaceful, easygoing adventures.
